2014 Effect of Clothing Disinfection Annual Hospital with Cloth Loss

目的通过比较医院纺织品洗涤质量标准化管理实施前后医院被服消毒效果和布类损耗情况的影响,探讨改进被服消毒和洗涤的方法。方法该院从2014年1月起,对医院纺织品洗涤质量实施标准化管理,主要措施包括:1加强建立标准化的管理制度;2加强对相关义务人员的培训;3建立有效的监督机制等。设该院实施标准化质量管理后2014年1—12月为观察阶段,另设2013年1—12月为对照阶段,对比分析两个阶段医院被服消毒效果、布类断裂力差异。结果在实施纺织品洗涤质量标准化管理之后,被服的消毒效果和质量检测合格率均为100%,明显高于实施前;观察阶段布类浸泡1 h后,其断裂强力为(481±73)N,较对照阶段的(89±57.4)N高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论要加强医院纺织品质量管理,以此提高被服消毒效果,提高布类质量。

Objective By comparing the hospital textile washing clothing quality standardization management before and after the implementation of hospital disinfection effect and the influence of fabric loss situation,to discuss ways to improve clothing disinfection and washing.Methods Our hospital from January 2014, textile washing quality implementation of standardized management of hospital, the main measures include：①to strengthen establish a standardized management system;②to strengthen the training of relevant obligations staff;③establish an effective supervision mechanism,etc.Set our hospital after the implementation of standardized quality management from Jan. to Dec.2014to observe phase,the other set in January 2013 to December for control stage,the comparative analysis of two stage hospital clothing disinfection effect,fabric rupture force difference.Results After the implementation of textile washing quality standardization management, the clothing disinfection effect and quality inspection qualified rate was100%,significantly higher than before the implementation; Observation stage cloth soaked after 1 h, the breaking strength （481±73） N, stage （89±57.4） than control N is high, the more significant difference compared the two groups, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion To strengthen quality management of hospital textiles, in order to improve the effect of clothing disinfection,Improve the quality of fabric.
