风险管理在护理管理中的应用研究

目的分析风险管理应用于护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取从2013年3月—2014年12月于该院接受护理的480例患者作为研究对象,随机分成在护理管理中运用风险管理的观察组(240例)与仅采用常规护理管理的对照组(240例),通过调查问卷,现场询问等对两组护理效果进行分析比较,评价风险管理应用于护理管理中的临床效果。结果在护理管理中加入风险管理的观察组中212例十分满意,26例基本满意,总满意率99.17%;仅采用护理管理的对照组152例十分满意,51例基本满意,总满意率84.58%。两组护理满意率存在显著差异(P<0.05)。此外观察组违规操作率、护理合格率、护理文书合格率、消毒合格率等指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将风险管理运用到护理管理中可有效提升患者的护理满意率,减少护理中的意外风险,提升护理质量与安全性,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application of risk management is applied in nursing management.Methods From March 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital nursing 480 patients as the research object, randomly divided into use of risk management in nursing management in the observation group （240 cases） and only by routine nursing management of the control group （240 cases）, through the questionnaire, site asking for two sets of nursing effect carries on the analysis comparison, evaluation of risk management applied in the clinical effect of nursing management.Results Add risk management in nursing management is very satisfied with 212 cases in observation group, 26 cases of basic satisfaction, the satisfaction rate of 99.17%; Only use is very satisfied with the control group, 152 cases of nursing management, basic satisfaction, 51 cases total satisfaction rate of 84.58%. Two groups of nursing satisfaction have significant differences （P〈 0.05）. Besides observing group rate of irregularities, nursing percent of pass, the qualified rate of nursing documents, disinfection qualified rate and other indicators are significantly better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion To apply the risk management in the nursing management can effectively improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction, reduce nursing risks, improve nursing quality and safety, worthy of promotion.
