摘要
目的了解乡镇和村卫生服务人员职业满意度,并探索影响职业满意度的因素。方法采用likert量表方法和秩和检验,用SPSS16.0进行分析。结果卫生服务人员对职业的满意度普遍较高,对岗位培训的机会满意度最高,其次是在工作期间个人的工作能力提高,而对目前工作条件的满意度最低。不同年龄、学历和职称的卫生服务人员满意度有差异。结论对不同年龄阶段、学历较高和职称高的卫生服务人员职业满意度低的现象,改善工作条件和环境,提高他们的职业满意度是很有必要的。
Objective This paper aims to survey the health practitioner’s occupation satisfaction and to explore the influence factors in township and village, Wu Wei City.Method Rank sum test were used to analyze the data. The analysis tool used the Likert scale and SPSS.Results The health practitioner’s satisfaction is generally high.Training opportunities is the highest, the personal ability rising is second. On the contrary, working conditions is the lowest. The satisfaction with different age, education and academic ranks are differences.Conclusion It is necessary to improve working conditions and environment to increase their occupation satisfaction for higher education and higher academic ranks.
