综合干预措施对社区高血压患者治疗效果及依从性的影响

The Impact of Comprehensive Interventions on Treatment and Treated Compliance of Community Hypertension Patients

目的研究综合干预措施对社区高血压患者治疗效果及依从性的影响。方法选取2013年1月—2013年12月该院管辖下的112例社区高血压患者,随机均分为对照组与实验组,对照组给予常规干预措施,实验组在对照组基础上给予综合干预措施,观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果及依从性。结果干预后,实验组的SBP、DBP、BMI均较干预前显著降低(<0.05),且实验组的SBP、DBP、BMI等水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,实验组患者的治疗依从性指标上显著优于对照组(<0.050)。结论综合干预措施显著改善了社区高血压患者的治疗效果,提高了治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study The impact of comprehensive interventions on treatment and treated compliance of community Hypertension Patients.Methods The 112 cases of community hypertension Patients under our hospital jurisdiction from january 2013 to december 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group were gived by conventional interventions, but the experimental group was given comprehensive interventions on the basis of the control group, observing and comparing the treatment and compliance of two groups.Results After the intervention, the SBP, DBP and BMI of the experimental group were significantly lower than before（P 〈0.05）,and the SBP, DBP and BMI and of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0.05）; After the intervention, the treated compliance of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.050）.Conclusion The comprehensive interventions Significantly improves the treatment and treated compliance of community hypertension patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
