社区高血压流行病调查和综合预防干预效果分析

Epidemiological Survey of Hypertension and Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Precaution in Community

目的对该社区居民高血压情况进行调查,研究该社区居民高血压的患病率、并发症等,根据现阶段我国对社区高血压的治疗对该社区高血压居民进行综合预防干预。方法对该社区5 681例居民采取体格检查、生化检查以及问卷调查等方式进行调查,确诊高血压患者后进行综合预防干预1年,观察记录干预前后结果并对比。结果干预后高血压患者对相关疾病的掌握率、高血压的治疗率以及控制率均高于干预前(P<0.05);高血压患者用药、运动及饮食不合理现象均较干预前明显减少(P<0.05);干预后高血压患者用药、运动及饮食不合理现象明显减少(P<0.05);糖尿病、甲亢等并发症干预前后无差异(P>0.05),而血脂异常、冠心病干预前后差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对高血压患者进行综合预防干预可明显提高患者生活质量,降低并发症的发生,有效的减缓社区高血压的发生及发展。

Objective To investigate the community members with hypertension, study its morbidity and complications and make the comprehensive precautions for treatment of hypertension at the stage.Method In our community, 5681 members received the physical examination, biochemical examination, questionnaire survey, etc. After confirmation of hypertension, the patients received the comprehensive precaution for one year. The treatment results before and after intervention were recorded.Results After intervention, the rate of mastering the related diseases, treatment of hypertension and control rate were higher than before （P〈0.05）. The phenomena like medication, exercises and unreasonable diets were reduced than before （P〈0.05）; the complications like diabetes and hyperthyroidism were not significantly different （P〉0.05）; the differences of dyslipidemia and CHD were significantly different （P〈0.05）.ConclusionFor patients with hypertension, the comprehensive precautions can greatly improve the patients’ life quality, reduce the incidences of complications and effectively slow the occurrence and progress of hypertension.
