习惯性流产患者抗心磷脂抗体的检测及意义

Significance of Habitual Abortion Anticardiolipin Antibody Detection

目的探讨抗心磷脂抗体对习惯性流产患者的临床意义。方法收集该院2010年1月—2013年12月在该院妇产科门诊就诊的有流产史患者96例作为观察组,选取该院同期就诊的正常妊娠89例作为对照组,于清晨空腹状态下抽取静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行检测ACA,并进行比较分析。结果观察组96例患者中ACA阳性有27例,阳性百分比为28.1%,对照组89例患者中ACA阳性者7例,阳性百分比7.9%,两组比较有显著差异。结论抗心磷脂抗体阳性是习惯性流产的原因之一,对其治疗有助于防止习惯性流产。

Objective To investigate the anti-cardiolipin antibodies in patients with habitual abortion clinical significance. Methods A hospital in January 2010 -December 2013 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology clinic patients with history of 96 cases of abortion as the observation group, the same period in our hospital for treatment of 89 cases of normal pregnancy as a control group, in fasting under the state of blood drawn by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） to detect ACA, and comparative analysis.Result 96 patients in the observation group had27 cases of ACA positive, positive percentage was 28.1% in the control group of 89 patients in seven cases of ACA positive, positive percentage of 7.9%, there was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The anti-cardiolipinantibodies is one of the reasons for habitual abortion, its treatment can help preventhabitual abortion.
