光纤光栅加速度传感器的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 基于光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)的加速度传感器近年来受到较大的关注,这种基于波长检测的传感器在诸多领域都有良好的应用前景。该文重点对各种不同结构设计的光纤光栅加速度传感器的技术和特点做了分析,对光纤光栅加速度传感器的未来作了展望。
