摘要
目的:研究荞麦花叶黄酮(FBFL)对肠道平滑肌活动的影响及其作用机制。方法:采用炭末推进法观察不同剂量FBFL对正常大鼠肠道活动的影响。结果:FBFL能促进正常大鼠炭末推进率,但作用弱于硫酸镁(P<0.01),并能拮抗阿托品对肠蠕动的抑制作用,呈剂量依赖性(P<0.01)。结论:FBFL对肠平滑肌有兴奋作用,其作用机制可能与激动M受体有关。
Objective:To study the effects of total flavones of buckwheat flower and leaf on intestinal smooth muscle activities andits menchanism. Methods : Effects of different doses of FBFL on normal intestinal in mouse were detected by Propulsive method. Dif-ferent concentrations. Results:FBFL could promote propulsive rate of the normal mice. But the effect of TFBFL was weaker thanMagnesium sulfate(P〈0.01). Antagonism of TFBFL show dose dependently on atropine inhibition in intestinal peristalsis. (P〈0.01), showed dose dependent (P〈0.01). Conclusion: FBFL has excitatory effects on the intestinal smooth muscle. The mecha-nism may be related with the activation of the M receptor.
