摘要
目的:探讨人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1在人参药材中主根、芦头、参须的富集情况,以确保人参中以上3种人参皂苷资源被充分利用,为开发人参各部位的临床应用提供科学依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定产自于吉林通化的生晒参各部位中人参皂苷Rg1、Re和Rb1的含量。色谱条件为:安捷伦1200系列高效液相色谱仪;安捷伦ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);柱温25℃;检测波长为203nm;流速为0.7mL·min-1,乙腈-水梯度洗脱。结果:人参参须含有较高的人参皂苷Re(0.745 1%)、Rb1(0.859 6%);而人参芦头含有较高的人参皂苷Rg1(0.415 8%)。结论:针对性地提取人参参须、芦头中的人参皂苷Rg1、Re和Rb1单体,应能提高单体化合物的提取效率,更好地服务于创新药物的开发。
Objective:In the interest of discussing different enrichments of ginsenoside Rgl, Re and Rbl in root, rhizoma and fibrous roots of ginseng, to insure resource of ginsenosides utilized sufficiently and offer scientific basis for expanding clinical application with various parts of ginseng. Methods: Contents of three different ginsenosides were determined by HPLC. Agilent 1200 Seri-ous HPLC instrument with the condition of Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 minx 150 mm,5 μm)chromatographic column with water-acetonitrile as mobile phase of grades; 25℃ as temperature; 203 nm as detection wavelength; 0.7 mL ·miff as velocity of flow.Results:Content of ginsenoside Re and Rbl are upper in fibrous roots (Re 0. 745 1% and Rbl 0. 859 6%) of ginseng; Content ofGinsenoside Rgl is upper in rhizoma (Rgl 0. 415 8%). Conclusion:Extracting Ginsenoside Rgl, Re and Rbl in fibrous roots andrhizoma respectively should be able to improve the extraction efficiency and provide better service to development of the innovativemedicines.
