摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定林芝地区产丹参不同部位中丹参酚酸B的含量.方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Phenomenex C18柱(4.60mmx250mm,5μm);流动相为甲酸-水-甲醇乙腈(1∶59∶30∶10),等度洗脱;流速为1mL/min;检测波长为286nm;柱温为25℃.结果:丹参酚酸B含量测定的线性范围为0.039 6~0.792mg/mL,相关系数为0.999 0,平均加样回收率为99.40%.结论:丹参茎、叶中均含有丹参酚酸B,可以进行相应资源的开发.
Objective : To establish a method for Salvianolic acid B for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Methods : The Phenomenex C18 an-alytical column (4.60 mm X 250 mm, 5/xm) was used. The mobile phases comsisted of Formic acid, H2 O, Methanol and Aacetoni-trile (1 : 59 : 30 : 10) with isocratic elution. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was at 286 nm and the columntemperature was at 25℃. Results:The method had good linear relationship within the range 0. 0396-0. 792 mg/mL of Salvianolicacid B, with the correlation coefficent higher as 0. 999 0. The average recovery was 99. 40M of Salvianolic acid B. Conclusion:There were certain concentrations of Salvianolic acid B in stem and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.
