中药对肿瘤多细胞免疫治疗的作用

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Tumor Multicellular Immunotherapy

目的:综述中药对多种抗肿瘤免疫细胞的促进作用及机制,为中药联合多细胞免疫疗法临床运用提供理论参考。方法:从中国知网、维普、万方数据库及PubMed中查阅关于中药抗肿瘤的相关文献资料,进行分析、综述。结果:中药对DC细胞、NK细胞、巨噬细胞、γδT细胞、CD3AK细胞等抗肿瘤免疫细胞都具有明显促进作用。结论:中药对肿瘤多细胞免疫疗法具有一定增强作用,二者联合治疗肿瘤具有协同效应,对其作用机制的进一步研究具有重要意义。

Objective： To review the promoting effect of traditional Chinese medicine on anti-tumor immune cells and the mecha-nisms. To provide a theoretical reference for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with multieellular im-mune therapy. Methods.. This study collects the related literature at home and abroad of traditional Chinese medicine on tumor fromChinese HowNet, VIP, Wanfang Database and PubMed. Then analysis and review the collected literature. Results： Traditional Chi-nese medicine has obvious promoting effect on the anti-tumor immune cells, and the anti-tumor immune cells which are involved inthis study are DC ceils, NK cells, macrophages, 73T ceils, CD3AK ceils. Conclusion： The results show that traditional Chinesemedicine has certain strengthening effect on multicelular immune therapy in the treatment of tumor, traditional Chinese medicinecombined with tumor multicellular immune therapy has synergistic effect, the further study of its mechanism has great significance tothe treatment of tumor.
