健康素养融入临床药学教育体系必要性的思考

健康素养作为一个独立因素对人民整体健康状况和国家卫生系统具有重大影响,研究表明药师在鉴别和帮助低健康素养患者中发挥独特作用。目前由于我国临床药学专业起步较晚,人才培养模式还处于探索阶段。如何培养具备合理用药能力的药学服务型人才,在临床药学教育中融入健康素养的培养课程是当前药学教育面临的重要问题。

Health literacy is an independent factor which may influence health of people;it has a great role to influence national health system.Studies proved that pharmacists had unique role to help patients with low health literacy.Today clinical pharmacy in China still at infancy stage,this makes professionals in the field to have inadequate,and resulting less achievement on the patient’s needs.In order to cope with the raised issue,pharmaceutical service personnel need the strong ability on the use of rational drugs.Clinical pharmacy curricu-lum needs to be improved and focused on the improving health literacy of pharmacists as it is the potential problem faced by the current medical education.This will help the pharmacists to improve their every day services as well as improving patient’s health literacy.
