安全阀的进出口管道设计是否合理关系到安全阀能否正常平稳地运行。本文论述了安全阀进出口管道设计的一般要求,并以某工程的波纹管背压平衡式安全阀为例,对安全阀进出口管道的压力降进行验证计算,以优化安全阀进口管径及安全阀的布置。

Whether the design of inlet and outlet piping of safety valves is reasonable or not is critical to the stable operation of safety valves. By sum￣marizing the general requirements of inlet and outlet piping design of safety valves and considering the actual status of a certain project, the paper calcu￣lates the pressure drop of safety valve inlet and outlet piping so as to optimize the inlet piping diameter and the layout of the safety valve.
