摘要
通过对运行参数的分析,找出了影响氮氧化物生成的因素和影响氮氧化物浓度的关联数据,并有针对性地控制燃烧的氧量、床层燃烧的温度、过量空气的系数等,从而有效地控制氮氧化物的生成,在没有完成脱硝装置的情况下,实现达标排放的目标。
Through analysis of operating data, the factors to affect generation of NOx and related data to affect NOx concentration are found out and O2 flow control, bed combustion temperature control and excess air factor control etc. are executed to effectively control formation of NOx so as to realize the goal of standard satisfying discharge under the condition without denitration unit.
