摘要
某铁路隧道在斜井的施工中,遇到地下水发育的情况,围岩以碎石土为主,含泥量高。原设计采用帷幕注浆及超前小导管注浆,实际注浆效果不明显,施工中突水突泥严重,造成出渣困难,严重影响施工进度。针对此情况,提出调整斜井纵坡、增设超前水平钻孔排水等优化方案,加快斜井施工,使斜井能满足辅助正洞施工的要求,进而满足总工期要求。实践证明,优化方案效果良好。
During the construction of the inclined shaft of a railway tunnel, the groundwater was foundwell-developed, and the surrounding rock was of mainly gravel soil with high clay content. Though theoriginal design intended to use curtain grouting and advanced small ductile grouting, the site groutingeffect was not obvious as expected. Water and mud bursting were serious during the construction, andbrought negative effects to slag-out, and serious influence on the construction progress. In view of thissituation, some optimization programs such as adjusting the profile grade of inclined shaft, addingadvanced horizontal borehole to drain the water were put up to accelerate the construction of gallery, so asto enable the gallery to assist the tunnel construction and meet the progress schedule. Practices have wellproved the efficiency of the optimization programs.
