文化软实力视角下贵州民族旅游发展战略研究——以态势分析方法为工具

SWOT Analysis of Development Strategy on Guizhou Ethnic Tourism in the Perspective of Cultural Soft Power

基于文化软实力的视角,通过对贵州民族旅游发展战略的态势分析发现:贵州民族旅游发展既有优势,又有劣势,未来既面临机遇,又面临挑战。鉴于以上发展态势,本文提出优势机会组合的理想型(SO)、劣势机会组合的转变型(WO)、优势威胁组合的规避型(ST)和劣势威胁组合的防御型(WT)四种符合贵州民族旅游发展的战略类型。

Based on the perspective of cultural soft power and through the SWOT analysis of development strategy on Guizhou ethnic tourism, the authors find that：there are advantges and weaknesses in Guizhou ethnic tourism. And in the future, there are both challenges and opportunities. In view of above development situation, this article puts forward four development strategies of Guizhou ethnic tourism： type one is the ideal strategy that combines strengths with opportunities （SO）;type two is transform strategy that combines weakness with op-portunities （WO）; type three is avoid strategy that combines strengths with threats （ST）; type four is defensive strategy that combines weakness with threats （WT）.
