老年病区与相对应普通病区护士核心能力的调查比较

Survey and comparison on nurses core competence between elderly ward and corresponding general ward

[目的]了解老年病区与普通病区护士的核心能力和差异。[方法]运用中国注册护士核心能力量表,通过整群抽样的方法对老年病区110名护士和相对应普通病区93名护士进行问卷调查,并行两组得分比较。[结果]老年病区护士组核心能力总得分为175.69分±29.02分,相对应普通病区护士组核心能力总得分为157.35分±39.33分,差异具有显著性。同时,老年病区护士组在领导能力、批判性思维、临床护理、伦理法律实践、人际关系和教育咨询等维度得分,均较普通病区护士组高。[结论]老年病区护士核心能力处于较高水平,相对应普通病区护士处于中等水平,这为如何提升各病区护士核心能力,提供了一个参考依据。

Objective： To know about the core competence between elderly ward and corresponding general ward and difference. Methods： A total of 110 nurses in elderly ward and 93 nurses in corresponding general ward were investigated by using ＂China registered nurses core competencies scale＂and the method of cluster sampling, and then to compare the score between both groups. Results： in elderly ward group, the overall score of nurses＇core competencies was 175. 69 ± 29. 02, in the corresponding general ward group the overall score of nurses＇ core competencies was 157.35 ± 39.33, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, the nurses in elderly ward group had the higher score in leadership, critical thinking, clinical care, ethical practice of law, human relations and educational counseling compared with that in general ward group. Conclusion： The core competencies of nurses in elderly ward is at a higher level, that of the nurses in corresponding general ward is at the middle level,which provide a reference for how to improve the ward nurses＇ core capabilities.
