实习护生压力源调查及应对方式 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]了解实习护生在临床实习的压力现状及应对方式,探讨减轻压力的对策。[方法]采用实习护生压力源量表对145名实习护生进行问卷调查。[结果]护理实习生压力总均值为3.55分±0.87分,处于中等水平,主要表现为自身知识和技能、带教、护理工作性质和内容;积极应对方式平均测值1.97份±0.43分,高于国内常模(1.78分±0.52分,P<0.01)。[结论]实习护生的压力处于中等水平,应该多采取积极的应对方式,减轻护生心理压力,提高护理教学质量,提升护生临床实习满意度。
