ZJ50/3150LDB新型钻机是满足油田快速移动钻井的一种新型机电复合驱动钻机。钻机可在同一导轨上整体移动。井架为前开口井架,低位安装,依靠绞车动力整体起升;底座为大块搭接结构,底座前、后台满足在同一导轨上整体平移;柴油机组和整体链条箱安装在同一底座上。我公司为长城钻探公司所设计制造的ZJ50/3150LDB钻机其性能可靠、移运高效、拆装便捷,是一种具有全新理念的快速移运、快速安装的钻机。
ZJ50/3150LDB is a new type of mechanical-electric compound drive drilling rig, which could meet the fast movingdrilling requirements in oilfield and is integrally moved on the guide. The mast is of open front type and installed in low posi-tion, which is hoisted by the drawworks. The substructure is overlapped by blocks, with the front and rear platform of whichintegrally moved on the guide. The diesel engine and chain box are installed on the same substructure. The performance ofZJ50/ 3150LDB drilling rig manufactured by our company for GWDC is reliable, with the advantages of convenient installation,dismounting and easy moving. It is the new fast moving and fast installing drilling rig.
