摘要
高效的镗床加工技术是研究者关注的重点问题。采用刀具和滚珠一体配合设计,同时利用辅助液压系统控制镗刀伸缩设计的一体化刀具,加工时负载低缓平稳,平稳时间区域较长,大大缩短了加工流程,减小了工件受力时产生的振动,提高了精加工的稳定性和可靠性,促进了产品质量。
Boring machine processing technology efficiency is the key problem for researchers. Using the tool and the ball tomatch up design, and the integrated tool is designed by using the telescopic boring tool of the auxiliary hydraulic control sys-tem, so it is low processing load when stationary and long stationary time region, thus greatly shortens the machining process,and reduces the vibration generated by stress, improves the stability and reliability of the machining, and finally promotes thequality of products.
