摘要
ELV法规是欧盟强制性汽车报废回收法规,介绍了ELV法规的主要要求,明确了车辆报废中对零部件和材料中有害物质含量和使用量的限制,再回收规则,对新车型设计和生产的影响。讲述了有害物质的具体检测方法,举例说明了RRR的计算方法,并对比了欧盟ELV和中国ELV的区别。为新车型零部件的开发提供法规指导。
As a mandatory vehicle recycling regulation of EU, ELV directives were introduced in this paper, the content andapplication amount limitation of hazardous substances within the end-of-life vehicle＇s components and materials were speci-fied, so does the recycling regulation and its influences on new vehicle design and manufacture processing. Meanwhile, thedetailed measurement method for hazardous content was enumerated with RRR calculation example. At the same time, thedifferences between EU ELV and Sino ELV regulation has been specified, which could provide regulation guide for componentdevelopment of brand new vehicle.
