摘要
通过对水轮机调速系统设备诊断方法的研究,提出采用故障树与专家系统相结合的方法,去实现水轮机调速系统健康状态预测的研究。对调速系统健康状况预测的相关参量信号进行监测、采集、记录、分析和诊断,进而达到对其进行全面性能评价和健康状态预测的目的。有助于电站运行人员实时了解调速系统的健康状态,及早发现系统可能存在的故障,以节省维修时间,提高工作效率。
A combination method of the fault tree and expert system is proposed for the health status prediction of the hydro-turbine governor.In this method, parametric signals that are related to the health status prediction are monitored, collected, recorded, analyzed and diagnosed.Then, a thorough evaluation of the performance is carried out and a health status prediction can be made.Thus, the health status of the governor can be provided to the operators in real time and possible faults can be found as early as possible.
