摘要
为了对离心泵的汽蚀故障进行诊断,设计了离心泵振动试验装置,对离心泵在正常和汽蚀运行状态下的振动特性进行了测试,并采用频谱分析方法对振动测试数据进行了对比分析,提出了离心泵在汽蚀状态下运行时的振动特性,为采用振动法诊断离心泵汽蚀故障提供了很好的依据。
A vibration testing device is design to study the cavitation of centrifugal pumps.Vibration characteristics of the centrifugal pump under the normal operation condition and the cavitation condition are tested.The test results are then analyzed and compared using the spectral analysis method.Specific vibration characteristics of the centrifugal pump under the cavitation condition are then obtained, which are of certain use to the diagnosis of cavitation with vibration method.
