摘要
目的:观察敷脐疗法配合推拿用于小儿泄泻的疗效。方法:将60例患儿随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用敷脐疗法配合小儿推拿,对照组采用常规西医疗法。结果:经过5d的治疗,进行疗效判定,总有效率:治疗组90.0%,对照组63.3%,临床疗效中治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:敷脐疗法配合推拿用于小儿泄泻疗效显著。
Objective:To observe efficacy of umbilical therapy plus massage on infantile diarrhea. Methods:60 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases for each. The treatment group received umbilical compress therapy plus massage. Another group received conventional western medicine. Results:After 5 days, the total efficiency of 90%in the treatment group was better than that of 63.3%in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating infantile diarrhea with umbilical therapy plus massage could get good efficacy.
