靳氏耳三针配合听觉刺激训练治疗伴听力障碍脑瘫患儿的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating cerebral palsy with hearing impairment by Jinshi Ersanzhen plus auditory stimulation training

目的:观察靳氏耳三针配合听觉刺激训练治疗伴听力障碍脑瘫患儿的临床听力恢复情况,评价其临床疗效。方法:将80例伴听力障碍脑瘫患儿随机分配至治疗组和对照组。治疗前检查听觉诱发电位,对照组采用听觉训练刺激方法促进听力恢复,治疗组在听觉刺激训练的基础上另予靳氏耳三针治疗,两组均以20d为1个疗程,疗程间隔20日,完成3个疗程后复查听觉诱发电位,判断疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为75.0%,对照组总有效率为42.5%,经统计学分析对比,两组疗效差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:靳氏耳三针配合听觉刺激训练治疗脑瘫伴听力障碍有较好的疗效,并优于单纯的听觉刺激训练。

Objective: To observe the JinShi Jinshi Ersanzhen plus auditory stimuli training in the treatment of cerebral palsy children with hearing impairment of hearing recovery, evaluation of its clinical curative effect. Methods: 80 patients with hearing impairment children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, check the auditory evoked&nbsp;potential before treatment. The control group using auditory stimulation training methods to promote hearing restored, the treatment group on the basis of auditory stimuli training with JinShi Ersanzhen treatment. Two groups are in 20, for 1 course of treatment, treatment interval 20, complete the review after the three course auditory evoked potential judge the curative effect. Results:In the treatment group the total efficiency was 75%. In the control group the total efficiency was 42.5%, compared with statistical analysis. Two groups of curative effects exist statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:JinShi Ersanzhen plus auditory stimuli training in the treatment of cerebral palsy with hearing impairment has good curative effect, and is superior to the pure auditory stimulation training.
