浅析脾胃与月经关系

An analysis of the relationship between spleen-stomach and menstruation

女子月经的来潮是一个复杂的生理活动过程,其虽与先天肝肾有关,但后天之本脾胃对其的影响亦不可忽视。笔者结合古代相关医籍论述,对脾胃与月经二者的关系进行探析,从而更好地认识脾胃对于月经的生理及病机证治的重要作用,为临床更全面准确地诊治月经病提供思路。

Woman’s menstruation was a complex physiological process. Although it was concerned with congenital liver, the impact of acquired spleen-stomach could not be ignored. Based on the relevant ancient medical books, the relationship between spleen-stomach and menstrual was analyzed, in order to more clearly understand effects of spleen-stomach on menstrual physiology and pathogenesis, and provide more accurate help for clinical diagnosis and treatment of menstrual disease.
