中西医联合治疗手足皲裂性湿疹疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating eczema fissum of extremities in the integrative medicine

目的:观察自拟活血汤泡洗联合复方氟米松软膏外用治疗手足皲裂性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将符合手足皲裂性湿疹诊断标准的患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组给予自拟活血汤泡洗患处,2次/d;泡洗后外用复方氟米松软膏涂于患处,手足皲裂较明显者可适当用保鲜膜封包。对照组单用复方氟米松软膏外用,2次/d,也可适当封包。疗程4周,疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:治疗组治愈15例(50.0%),显效10例(33.4%),好转4例(13.3%),无效1例(3.3%),总有效率为96.7%。对照组治愈9例(30.0%),显效7例(23.3%),好转9例(30.0%),无效5例(16.7%),总有效率为83.3%。结论:自拟活血汤泡洗联合复方氟米松软膏外用治疗手足皲裂性湿疹安全有效,值得临床应用。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of the Huoxue decoction on eczema fissum of extremities. Methods:60 patients with eczema fissum of extremities were divided into 2 groups. The treatment group were treated with the Huoxue decoction, twice a day;The control group were only treated with compound flumetasone ointment for external, twice a day. Results: In the treatment group, 15 cases were cured (50.0%) 10 cases were markedly improved (33.3%), 4 cases were improved (13.3%), one case had no improvement (3.3%), the total efficiency was 96.7%. In the control group, 9 cases were cured (30.0%), 7 cases were markedly improved (23.3%), 9 cases were improved (30.0), 5 cases had no improvement (16.7%), the total efficiency was 83.3%. Conclusion:It is very safe and effective that the Huoxue decoction with compound flumetasone ointment for eczema fissum of extremities.
