白芨粉、三七粉、乌贼骨粉联合奥美拉唑、阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating gastrohelcosis with Baiji, Sanqi and Wuzei Gu plus omeprazole and amoxicillin

目的:探讨白芨粉、三七粉、乌贼骨粉联合奥美拉唑、阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的疗效。方法:选取我院2012年6月-2013年5月收治的经电子内窥镜检查临床确诊为胃溃疡的患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组给予奥美拉唑加阿莫西林治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药粉(白芨粉、三七粉、乌贼骨粉)冲服治疗,连续治疗2周,比较两组患者胃溃疡治疗有效率及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)转阴率。结果:观察组胃溃疡治疗有效率[93.3%(42/45)]显著高于对照组[82.2%(37/45)],差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Hp转阴率[69.4%(25/36)]显著高于对照组[54.3%(19/35)],差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白芨粉、三七粉、乌贼骨粉联合奥美拉唑、阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡临床疗效显著,优于西药治疗,且可促进溃疡愈合,幽门螺杆菌(Hp)转阴率高,临床可推广。

Objective: To explore efficacy of Baiji, Sanqi, Wuzei Gu plus omeprazole, amoxicillin on gastrohelcosis. Methods:From June 2012 to May 2013, 90 cases of gastrohelcosis, detected by electronic endoscope, were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group, each group for 45 cases. The control group took omeprazole and amoxicillin. Another group took TCM medicine more, for 2 weeks, with comparing the efficiency of gastrohelcosis and the negative efficiency of Hp in both groups. Results:Efficiency of 93.3% (42/45) in the observed group was obviously better than 82.2%(37/45) in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Hp negative efficiency of 69.4% (25/36) was obviously better than 69.4% (25/36) in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating ulcer with Baiji, Sanqi, Wuzei Gu plus omeprazole, amoxicillin was better than western treatment, can significantly promote ulcer healing, with high negative efficiency of Hp, is worthy of promotion.
