临床对脑梗塞患者实施中医治疗的效果观察

Clinical effective observation on treating the cerebral infarction in TCM

目的:分析临床对脑梗塞患者实施中医治疗的效果观察。方法:选取我院2013年5月-2014年5月间收治的脑梗塞患者80例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组分别为40例,对照组采用西医治疗的方法进行治疗,观察组则采用中医治疗的方法进行治疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者8例痊愈,15例显效,10例有效,6例无效,1例死亡,总有效率达到82.5%,而对照组患者5例痊愈,8例显效,7例有效,14例无效,6例死亡,总有效率达到50.0%,观察组有效率明显优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:临床医学上,对脑梗塞患者实施中医治疗效果显著,不仅能够改善患者的临床症状,还能够恢复患者的肢体功能,减少不良反应的发生,十分安全可靠,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective:To analyze clinical application on the cerebral infarction in TCM. Methods:80 cases of cerebral infarction in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. 40 cases in each group. The control group were treated in western medicine. The observation group were treated in TCM. Clinical effects in two groups were observed. Results:In the observation group 8 cases were cured. 15 cases were markedly effective. 10 cases were effective. 6 cases were invalid. 3 cases were dead. The total efficiency were 82.5%;While in the control group 5 cases were cured. 8 cases were markedly effective. 7 cases were effective. 14 cases were invalid. 6 cases were dead. The total efficiency were 50.0%. The observation group were obviously better than the control group at the efficacy (P<0.05). It was statistical significance. Conclusion:Treating cerebral infarction in TCM not only improve clinical symptoms, also recover the limb function of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction, which is very safe and reliable.
