加味五味消毒饮治疗青春期痤疮58例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 58 cases of adolescent acne with the Wuwei Xiaodu decoction

目的:评价加味五味消毒饮用于青春期痤疮治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年6月-2013年7月间于我院皮肤科门诊就诊的痤疮患者100例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,分别采用口服甲硝唑片和加味五味消毒饮治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗总有效率。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高达94.83%,较对照组的76.19%显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:加味五味消毒饮用于痤疮治疗,疗效显著,可在临床中广泛应用。

Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of the Wuwei Xiaodu decoction on adolescent acne. Methods:From June 2012 to July 2013, 100 cases were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group, received the Wuwei Xiaodu decoction and metronidazole respectively. The total efficiency in both groups were compared. Results:The total efficiency in the observed group were&nbsp;94.83%, higher than that in the control group (76.19%) (P<0.05). Conclusion:Treating adolescent acne with the Wuwei Xiaodu decoction could obtain good efficiency, and is worthy of promotion.
