中西医结合治疗盆腔静脉瘀血综合征的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating pelvic venous congestion syndrome in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨盆腔静脉瘀血综合征运用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法:收集2011年9月-2013年2月在我院门诊就诊的93例患者的临床资料,西医对症诊治,中医辨证分为3型(气滞血瘀型、湿热血瘀型、虚损血瘀型)进行治疗。结果:中西医结合治疗93例中痊愈67例,占72.04%;显效17例,占18.28%;有效8例,占8.60%;无效1例,占1.08%;总有效率98.92%。结论:正确诊断盆腔静脉瘀血综合征,采用中西医结合治疗发挥中西医各自优势,互相取长补短,取得良好效果。

Objective: To discuss clinical efficacy of pelvic venous congestion syndrome. Methods: Clinical data of 93 patients from September 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital were collected, western medicine did the symptomatic treatment. Results:In the 93 patients, 67 cases were cured, for 72.04%;17 cases were markedly improved, for 18.28%;8 cases were effective, for 8.00%;one case no effect, for 1.08%;The total efficiency was 98.92%. Conclusion:The correct diagnosis of pelvic venous congestion syndrome, integrative medicine could get the better effects.
