中医治疗功能性胃肠病66例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 66 cases of functional gastrointestinal disorders in TCM

目的:通过观察分析中医治疗66例功能性胃肠病患者的临床效果,评估中医治疗的疗效和应用价值。方法:选取我院2012年10月-2013年10月期间接收的功能性胃肠病患者132例作为研究对象,132例患者随机均分为两个治疗小组,分别命名为观察组和对照组。对照组66例患者采用西医方式进行治疗,观察组66例患者则采取中医方式进行治疗,观察对比治疗效果,观察指标为治疗总有效率和患者治疗满意度。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率和患者治疗满意度均高于对照组,取得较优异的临床治疗效果,两组患者不同治疗方式的治疗效果具有可比性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医方式治疗功能性胃肠病具有显著的远期治疗效果,毒副作用较小,具备良好的治疗安全性,具有临床推广应用的价值。

Objective:To evaluate efficacy and value of treating 66 cases of functional gastrointestinal disorders in TCM. Methods:132 cases of the functional gastrointestinal disorders were divided into the observation group and the control group, 66 cases for each. The control group was given the western medicine treatment. The observation group was given the TCM. The treatment efficacy was observed and compared. The observed index was the total efficiency and the patients’ satisfaction. Results: The total efficiency and the patients’ satisfaction in the observation group were better than that in the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:TCM therapy had a significant long-term effect, less side effect, and was worthy of promotion.
