中医医院护理人员中医护理培训需求调查分析

An analysis of training needs of TCM nursing

目的:调查分析广东省三家三甲中医院的护士对中医护理知识技能的掌握现状及培训需求等情况,为构建中医护理人才培养模式提供依据。方法:采用描述性研究方法,自行设计问卷对广东省三家中医院的501名护士进行调查。结果:中医医院护士学历层次较高,在501名护士中本科及以上学历占73.45%;中医医院护理队伍较年轻,工作5年以内的占42.52%;初级职称护士占82.03%,是中医医院护理队伍的主力军;不同层级护士对中医护理知识培训需求的侧重点不同。结论:中医院护士的中医护理知识仍较为薄弱,中医基础薄,需要中医医院护理管理者进一步完善规范化、专科化的中医护理人才培训模式,造就一批既精通中医护理知识和技能又具备护理科研能力的中医护理人才队伍。

Objective:To analyze the situation and training needs about nursing knowledge and skills of in three 3A hospitals in Guangdong province, in order to provide a basis of TCM nursing training model. Methods: By descriptive methods, 501 nurses were investigated by self-designed questionnaire. Results: Nurses in TCM hospital has higher education, about 73.45% in undergraduate and above. Nursing team was younger, about 42.52%working within five years. Nurses with junior titles accounted for 82.03%and was the main force of TCM nursing team. Different levels of nurses in nursing knowledge and training needs had different emphasis. Conclusion:Nurses on nursing knowledge was still relatively weak, with weak foundation. Nursing managers need improve the TCM nursing training mode with standardization and created a group of TCM nursing team with TCM nursing knowledge, skills and nursing research capacity.
