摘要
五没食子酰基葡萄糖广泛存在于多种药用植物中,是具有多重药效活性的多酚化合物之一。近期研究表明:五没食子酰基葡萄糖具有缓解胰岛素抵抗、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶及11β羟关固醇脱氢酶型、减少胰岛淀粉样多肽、糖基化终末产物的沉积,模拟胰岛素、刺激葡萄糖转运,减缓糖尿病肾病、糖尿病神经病变及血管病变等作用。五没食子酰基葡萄糖在治疗2型糖尿病及其并发症方面具有较高的价值,成为治疗糖尿病的先导化合物的候选化合物之一。
Penta- O- galloyl- D- glucose is a polyphenolic compound in many kinds of medicinal plants. Resent studies have shown that penta- O- galloyl- D- glucose can improve glucose tolerance and insulin- resistance,inhibit the activity of α- glucosidase and 11- β- HSD- 1,inhibit the aggregation of IAPP and advanced glycation end products,imitate insulin,stimulate glucose transporter,improve diabetic nephropathy,diabetic neuropathy and diabetic angiopathy. Penta- O- galloyl- D- glucose exhibits the high value of treating type 2 diabetes and complications,penta- O- galloyl- D-glucose has some conditions to be the lead compound for treating diabetes.
