消糜阴道泡腾片联合红外光治疗宫颈糜烂92例的临床观察

Linical observation of Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablets combined with infrared ray on the treatment of 92 cases of cervical erosion

目的探讨消糜阴道泡腾片联合红外光治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法将妇科普查中发现的92例中度以上宫颈糜烂患者随机分2组:观察组48例,以红外光联合消糜阴道泡腾片外用治疗;对照组44例,以红外光治疗。比较2组愈合情况及不良反应。结果观察组与对照组治愈率分别为95.8%与86.4%,一次性治愈率观察组93.8%,对照组79.5%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者排液持续时间为(14±1.4)d,对照组患者排液持续时间为(25±3.6)d(P<0.05);结痂期患者出血量大于经血量的,观察组占4.2%,对照组占9.1%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组无任何不良反应,对照组3例出现瘢痕、2例交叉感染(P<0.05)。结论消糜阴道泡腾片联合红外光治疗宫颈糜烂,疗效确切,值得临床广泛推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablets combined with infrared ray on the treatment of cervical erosion. Conlusion The curative effect of Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablets Combined with infrared ray on the treatment of cervical erosion was prccise,and wes deserved to spread widely in clinical.
