社会企业与农民工的城市融合——基于BWH组织的个案分析

Social Enterprises and Rural Migrant Workers' City Integration:Based on BHW Case Study

既有研究表明,户籍制度、社会资本和人力资本三种要素深刻地影响着农民工的多维度城市融合,由此主张国家自上而下地通过政策改革以及社区服务建构,推促农民工的城市融合。以往的研究忽视了对推促农民工城市融合的社会机制创新的关注。基于个案的研究,本文试图表明社会企业是推促农民工城市融合的一种可持续的组织模式。

Existing researches show that the three elements——the household registration system,social capital,and human capital——profoundly influence rural migrant workers' multi-dimensional city integration,which advocates policy reforms from top to bottom throughout the country and establishment of community service setups. Previous studies have neglected the innovation of social mechanism for the promotion of rural migrant workers' city integration. Based on a case study,this paper suggests that social enterprises are a sustainable organizational mode that may help achieve rural migrant workers' city integration.
