摘要
针对顺酐装置中氧化反应器锅炉水控制系统多液位、难控制、难平衡,常规的PID控制难以取得满意的控制效果的特点,笔者介绍并分析了顺序控制技术的基本原理和特点,根据工艺条件做出了逻辑框图,将顺序控制技术引入锅炉水控制系统中。此方法易于工程实现,有利于节能降耗。在BDO装置氧化反应器系统中,采用顺序控制技术的锅炉水系统的动态控制品质明显高于PID串级控制控制策略的系统,具有较强的抗干扰能力,可以完美实现氧化反应器反锅炉水系统的"一键开车"。
To the problem of the multi -level control,difficult to control,and difficult to balance of oxidation reactor in maleic anhydride plant,traditional PID control generally couldn′t satisfy the performance requirement.In this research,the basic theory and properties of the sequence control technology was introduced and analysized. According to the process conditions,the logic diagram was made,and also the sequence control technology was been introduced into the boiler water control system.This method could be easily realized in engineering,available to save energy and reduce consumption.In the BDO oxidation reactor plant,the boiler water control system using sequential control technology had more favorable dynamic characteristics than the PID cascade control strategy, which was capable of multi -disturbance multivariate adjustment fast and accurately,and could realize the problem of plant "one key start"perfectly.
