摘要
正电子发射断层显像(PET)代谢影像可以全面反映肿瘤组织的代谢状态,尤其对常规影像学难以确定恶性程度和范围的胶质瘤优势明显。而PET代谢影像与常规影像融合后形成的PET代谢融合影像神经导航技术,有效地结合了代谢影像学和结构影像学的优点。本文介绍了将PET代谢影像与常规影像融合的方法。并且简述PET各类示踪剂的代谢影像特点以及在指导胶质瘤手术中的应用现状。分析了PET代谢融合影像神经导航技术在胶质瘤穿刺活检与手术切除的相对优势。最终得出PET代谢融合影像神经导航技术在指导胶质瘤手术中发挥着巨大优势,极大推动了精准神经外科的发展。
Positron emission tomography (PET) metabolism images can fully relfect the metabolic status of tumor tissue and have obvious advantages of determining the extent and degree of glioma which is dififcultly to deifned by conventional imaging .The neuronavigation integrating PET metabolism images which is formed after the integration of PET images into conventional images combines the advantages of metabolic imaging and structural imaging effectively. This article describes the fusion technique integrating PET images into conventional images, and provides a brief introduction of features and application status of various types of PET tracers in guiding glioma surgery. In this review we analyzed the comparative advantages of the neuronavigation integrating PET metabolism images in glioma biopsy and surgical resection. And we concluded PET metabolic fusion imaging neuronavigation guidance plays a huge advantage in glioma surgery, and greatly promoted the development of precision neurosurgery.
