摘要
目的调查分析疾病预防控制中心(疾控中心)传染病防控医生的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自编调查表,对昆明市12个县区疾病预防控制中心201名医生进行问卷调查,了解其心理健康情况及压力相关因素。结果疾控中心从事传染病防控医生SCL-90焦虑因子评分国内常模比较,差异有统计学意义[(1.99±0.49)分vs.(1.39±0.43)分,P<0.01],抑郁因子评分与国内常模比较,差异有统计学意义[(1.59±0.26)分vs.(1.50±0.59分),P<0.01];传染病防控医生与非传染病防控医生焦虑因评子分比较,差异有统计学意义[(1.99±0.49)分vs.(1.42±0.29分),P<0.01],抑郁因子评分比较,差异有统计学意义[(1.59±0.26)分vs.(1.52±0.22分),P<0.05]。传染病防控医生产生心理压力的主要相关因素排在前两位的是"怕被传染所接触的传染性疾病"(70.8%)和"将传染病传给家人"(54%)。结论传染病防控医生的心理健康状况较差,存在不同程度的焦虑和抑郁,心理压力可能与怕被传染所接触的传染性疾病和将传染病传给家人有关。
Objective To investigate and analise the mental health status of the doctors wording on infectious disease prevention and control at CDC Centers. Methods Using the Self-reporting Inventroy( SCL-90 )and the self -made questionnaire,the 12 counties of disease prevention and control center in our city 201 doctors conducted a questionnaire survey,understanding their psycho=logical health and pressure source . Results The CDC to do the prevention and control of infectious disease doctors anxiety factor scores compared with national norm[(1. 99 ± 0. 49)vs.(1. 39 ± 0. 43),P﹤0. 01]. Depression factor scores compared with national norm[(1. 59 ± 0. 26)vs.(1. 50 ± 0. 59),P﹤0. 01]. Comparison of infectious disease prevention and control,kranch doctor and non infectious disease prevention and control the doctor anxiety factor[(1. 99 ± 0. 49)vs.(1. 42 ± 0. 29),P﹤0. 01]. Comparative depression factor[(1. 59 ± 0. 26)vs.(1. 52 ± 0. 22),P﹤0. 05]. Infectious diseases prevention and control doctors psychological pressure of the main related factors in the top two are afraid of infected are exposed to infectious diseases(70. 8%)and the infectious disease to his family(54%). Conclu-sion The mental health status of infectious disease prevention and control the doctorˊs is not good,there are some anxiety and depres=sion. The main source of psychological stress is infectious diseases,afraid of keing infected ky contact and infection to family.
