摘要
当前,应用型本科院校的翻译专业本科教育存在着教学方法老套、翻译理论与实践结合不足、跨文化交际能力与团队合作能力培养欠缺、实习基地构建薄弱等问题。该专业应立足社会需求,从培养学生的综合实践技能着眼,在教学过程中通过课内多模态训练和课外多元化拓展,有针对性地对学生进行翻译实践能力训练,加强跨文化交际能力与团队合作能力培养,建立以"工作坊"形式互联互动的综合技能训练模式,以期实现职业化翻译人才的培养目标。
In the application-oriented universities, there exist such problems as outdated teaching methods, loose combination oftranslation theory and practice, inadequate training of competence for cross-cultural communication and team cooperation, and weakestablishment of training bases in educating translation majors. In regard to these, the goal of educating translation majors should bebased on social needs and focus on enhancing students’ comprehensive practical skills. Translation teachers are encouraged to carryout a targeted training of students’ skill for translation practice by means of multi -mode classroom activities and multi -layerextracurricular extensions. Besides, students’ competence for cross - cultural communication and team cooperation should bestrengthened, and “workshop” mode can be developed to promote an interrelated and interactive training process, thus realizing thetarget of educating translation majors.
