县区科技计划项目管理的现状与对策——以龙岩市新罗区为例

Situation and Countermeasures of County-level Sci-tech Plan Management——a Case Study of Xinluo District

龙岩市新罗区科技计划项目管理工作还存在一定问题,县区科技计划项目管理部门应增强项目申报的指导性、完善项目评估体系,确保项目的实施效率与质量,在时间、组织工作及信用制度等多方面强化验收阶段的管理,采取多种措施提高科技成果转化率。

The sci-tech project management work plays an important role in promoting economic development and the progress ofscience and technology. There are some problems such as weak guidance in project establishment stage and lack of management inimplementation stage, making it a mere formality in acceptance stage and low level of the transformation rate of project achievementsthrough the analysis of the situation of management of sci-tech projects in Xinluo District. This paper has given some countermeasuressuch as enhancing project reporting guidance and perfecting the project evaluation system,strengthening management of the wholeprocess in implementation stage as well as strengthening management in time, organization and credit system in acceptance stage inorder to provide reference for the improvement and perfection of management level.
