解毒祛瘀滋阴法防治系统性红斑狼疮类固醇性血脂异常

Treating steroids dyslipidemia following SLE by the Jiedu Quyu Ziyin therapy

目的:探究解毒祛瘀滋阴法在防治类固醇激素应用于系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)后的血脂异常的作用。方法:选择60例在本院住院治疗的女性SLE患者,分为初病组、西药组、中西医结合组。根据泼尼松的应用剂量,根据随机分配的原则,分为低、中、高剂量组。同时,选择20例健康的女性体检者作为对照组。分析各组中的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)、脂蛋白ɑ(LPɑ)的水平。结果:正常组与初病组相比较,指标均无明显差异。西药组与中西医结合组相比较,TC、LPɑ存在显著差异,在统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。中、高剂量组的TC比正常组、低剂量组均高。结论:在防治系统性红斑狼疮类固醇性的血脂异常方面,解毒祛瘀滋阴法具有较好的疗效。

Objective:To explore efficacy of the Jiedu Quyu Ziyin therapy on steroids dyslipidemia following SLE. Methods:60 cases of female SLE were divided into early disease group, western medicine group and the integrative medicine group. Depending on applied dose of prednisone, 60 cases were randomly divided into low, medium and high dose groups. At the same time, 20 healthy female volunteers, as the control group, were selected. TG, TC, LDL-c, LPɑlevel were analyzed. Results:Comparing with the normal group and early disease group, parameters were not significantly different. Comparing western group with the integrative medicine group, there are statistically significant differences in TC, LPɑ(P<0.05). In TC, medium, high dose group were higher than the normal group, low-dose group. Conclusion:Preventing and treating Steroids dyslipidemia following SLE by the Jiedu Quyu Ziyin therapy could gain good efficacy.
