通络方剂对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变的病理干预作用探讨

A clinical analysis of the Tongluo recipe on peripheral neuropathy of diabetic rats

目的:分析通络方剂对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变的病理干预作用。方法:选取20只糖尿病大鼠作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(生理盐水)以及观察组(通络方剂)。结果:观察组相比对照组,其血黏稠度、MDA升高,SOD降低,传导速度提高,神经滋养血管扩张、红细胞淤积情况减轻。结论:通络方剂可以改变糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经传导速度,并可改善其血液流变学指标,作用机制为通过抑制自由基生成。

Objective:To analyze clinical effects of the Tongluo recipe on peripheral neuropathy of diabetic rats. Methods:20 rats with diabetic were randomly divided into the control group ( received saline) and the observation group (received the Tongluo recipe). Results:After the treatment, compared to the control group, blood viscosity and MDA in the observation group were increased. SOD in the observation group was decreased. Conduction velocity in the observation group was increased. Neurovascular expansion and erythrocyte sedimentation in the observation group were better. Conclusion: By inhibiting free radical generation, the Tongluo recipe could change sciatic nerve conduction velocity of diabetic rats, and improve diabetic rats’ hemorrheological.
