益气活血法治疗中风后偏瘫98例疗效分析

An analysis of treating 98 cases of hemiplegia after stroke by the Yiqi Huoxue therapy

目的:探讨益气活血法治疗中风后偏瘫的临床效果。方法:选取我院及从化市中医院于2011年1月-2014年3月诊治的中风后偏瘫患者98例,随机分为研究组50例和对照组48例,对照组实施常规西医治疗,研究组实施益气活血法联合常规西医治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者的日常生活活动能力和上肢运动功能均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05);研究组与对照组总有效率分别为94.0%和81.3%,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于临床中风后偏瘫患者实施益气活血法治疗,恢复良好,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Huoxue therapy on post stroke hemiplegia. Methods: From January 2011 to March 2014, 98 cases of post stroke hemiplegia were chosen, and were divided into the study group (50 cases) and control group (48 cases). The routine treatment of western medicine was applied in the control group, while the study group was given the Yiqi Huoxue therapy more. Results: After treatment, the activities of daily living and motor function of upper limb in two groups were significantly better than those before treatment (P<0.05), and improvement in the study group more significantly than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total efficiency in the study group was 94.0%, and in the control group was 81.3%. The study group was higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Treating the patients with post stroke hemiplegia by the Yiqi Huoxue therapy showed a good recovery, significant efficiency, and was worthy of promotion.
