调和气机中药治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫64例临床研究

Clinical observation on treating 64 cases of diabetic gastroparesis in TCM

目的:观察调和气机中药治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床效果。方法:将我院自2011年12月-2014年1月收治的130例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者随机分为对照组(n=66)和治疗组(n=64),对照组采用西医常规治疗方案,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用调和气机的中药治疗,观察两组的治疗指标并行统计学比较。结果:治疗1个月后,对照组总有效率为77.3%,治疗组总有效率为92.2%,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优势明显。结论:在常规西医治疗的基础上加用调和气机中药治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫能显著提高治疗有效率,用药安全方便,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe clinical effects on diabetic gastroparesis of TCM therapy. Methods: 130 cases of diabetic gastroparesis in our hospital from December 2011 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the control group (66 cases) and the treatment group (64 cases). The control group were treated with conventional Western medicine, and the treatment group were treated with conventional Western medicine plus TCM medicine. Results: In a month the total efficiency was 77.3% in the control group. The total efficiency was 92.2% in the treatment group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Conventional western medicine plus TCM can significantly improve the efficiency of treating diabetic gastroparesis, was worthy of clinical application.
