中西药联合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎60例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis in the integrative medicine

目的:观察参芪健脾汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法:将我科自2011年12月-2013年7月收治的120例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为对照组(n=60)和治疗组(n=60),对照组采用西医常规治疗方案,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药参芪健脾汤治疗,观察两组的治疗指标并行统计学比较。结果:治疗1个月后,对照组总有效率为65.0%,治疗组总有效率为86.7%,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优势明显。结论:在常规西医治疗的基础上加用中药参芪健脾汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切,有效率高,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficiency of the integrative medicine on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods:120 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis in our department from December 2011 to July 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group received conventional western medicine, and the treatment group received the Shenqi Jianpi decoction more. The treatment indicators in two groups were compared. Results:In 1 month, the total efficiency in the control group was 65.0%, and the total efficiency in the treatment group was 86.7%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Western medicine plus the Shenqi Jianpi decoction was effective on chronic atrophic gastritis, and worthy of promotion.
