中医内外合治法治疗小儿厌食症50例

Treating 50 cases of children anorexia by TCM internal and external therapy

目的:观察内服中药、针灸与推拿相结合的中医内外合治法治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果。方法:将100例厌食症患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。2组家长均给予患儿常规健康教育,观察组给予内服中药、针灸与推拿的内外合治法,对照组给予口服复方赖氨酸颗粒,观察2组的临床疗效。结果:观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:内服中药、针灸与推拿相结合的中医内外合治法治疗小儿厌食症具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of TCM medicine and acupuncture plus massage on children anorexia. Methods:100 patients with anorexia were divided into the observed group and the control group, each group for 50 cases. The parents in both groups received conventional healthy education. The observed group took TCM medicine and acupuncture plus massage and the other group took compound lysine granules, to observe clinical efficacy. Results: Efficacy in the observed group was better. Conclusion: Treating child anorexia with TCM medicine and acupuncture plus massage could gain good clinical efficacy.
