“夹脊穴”刃针松解联合中药系统护理治疗功能性胃肠病的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating FGIDs by the Huatuo Jiaji therapy plus comprehensive nursing

目的:探讨系统性护理对改善功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)患者心理异常及整体治疗的作用和意义。方法:研究选取100例功能性胃肠病患者,随机分为2组,其中对照组50例,采用"华佗夹脊穴"穴刃针松解法配合院内制剂健胃消胀方治疗;研究组50例,在对照组治疗的基础上配合系统性护理干预。对所有患者在治疗护理干预前后焦虑抑郁状态和生活质量进行量表评价。结果:系统化护理干预后研究组SDS和HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),SF-36评分显示系统化护理干预后,研究组8项维度的评分与对照组比较均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:对于FGIDs患者在给予针药治疗的基础上,利用科学评估方法明确患者的心理状态,针对不同的的心理问题,制定系统化的护理措施可帮助FGIDs整体治疗顺利进行,对FGIDs患者的康复具有重要意义。

Objective:To investigate effects and significance of systemic nursing on psychological disorders and holistic healing in patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders. Methods:100 patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 50 cases for each group. The control group received the Huatuo Jiaji therapy plus the Jianwei Xiaozhang prescription. The study group received comprehensive nursing more. After the treatment, anxiety, depressive state and quality of life of patients were evaluated. Results:After the systematic nursing, SDS and HAMA scores in the study group were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). SF-36 scores displayed that 8 dimension scores in the study group were significantly improved compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Systemic nursing could promote the rehabilitation of FGIDs patients.
