股骨颈骨折三种治疗方法疗效的分析

An analysis of treating femoral neck fracture by three therapies

目的:研究分析治疗股骨颈骨折的三种方法的疗效。方法:选取50例股骨颈骨折患者,将其分为三组,分别用中医传统矫正定搓复竹内固定术、中西医结合牵引加鞋型固定术、体外定位闭合穿针内固定术进行治疗,观察三组患者的临床疗效。结果:中医传统矫正定搓复竹内固定术、中西医结合牵引加鞋型固定术、体外定位闭合穿针内固定术三组患者的优良率分别是56.25%、70.59%、88.24%,其中体外定位闭合穿针内固定术是治疗股骨颈骨折最有效的方案。结论:体外定位闭合穿针内固定术可以有效治疗股骨颈骨折,且该方案的安全性高,疗效好,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of three therapies on femoral neck fracture. Methods:50 cases of femoral neck fracture were divided into three groups, and received the TCM therapy. The integrative therapy and vivo and in vitro binding therapy respectively, comparing clinical efficacy in three groups. Results: The efficiency of excellent was 56.25 %( TCM therapy), 70.59 % (the integrative therapy), 88.24%(vivo and in vitro binding therapy). The most effective program was vivo and in vitro binding therapy. Conclusion:Close needle therapy could gain good efficacy, safety, and is worthy of promotion.
