摘要
目的:探讨优赛促进肛瘘术后创面愈合及减轻并发症的疗效。方法:回顾分析肛瘘术后应用优赛治疗(治疗组92例)和雷夫努尔治疗(对照组80例)的患者资料,对比观察两组患者的并发症及创面愈合情况。结果:治疗组在肛瘘术后创面疼痛程度、出血量、水肿评分、分泌物评分及创面愈合时间方面均优于对照组。结论:术后应用优赛换药可减轻肛瘘术后并发症,缩短创面愈合时间,疗效确切。
Objective:To discuss clinical effects of Yousai on prompting wound healing following anal fistula surgery and reducing the complications. Methods: The treatment group of 92 cases was given Yousai. The control group of 80 cases was given Leif Noor. Clinical data in two groups were compared. Results:The results shows that wound pain status following anal fistula surgery and bleeding situation, edema score, wound healing time in the treatment were higher. Conclusion:Yousai can relieve complications of anal fistula and shorten healing time with exact effects.
